New normal?

After such a strange and difficult time during this worldwide pandemic restrictions are finally easing all over the world and we find ourselves asking what is the new normal? There have been many changes we've made over the last few months, social distancing has become almost the norm, working from home, limiting social activities and limiting time generally being out and about.

Despite this challenging time it doesn't mean we can't enjoy this new normal and find the positives in this new way of life. 

Here are some of our learnings to help you navigate the world nowadays and make the best of the new normal.

1. Make space in your own space- despite many people working from home its really important you make a happy, calm space for yourself in your own space where you can relax and take some time out. 

2. Get outside in the fresh air daily- this is so important for your mental health, whether its a walk in the sunshine or rain or just sitting outside having your lunch, some fresh air is a welcome break for everyone. 

3. Limit the time you spend on your phone- with more time on our hands people are spending more time on their mobile phones than ever before, try limit this so you don't end up wasting precious time down a google hole or spending hours scrolling through instagram, it's important for your wellbeing.

4. Plan your next break- whether its a road trip with family or friends or just a lunch date out plan fun things to look forward to.
